Project Goals

Foundations Inc, is looking to create a website for their annual conference. The website should be modern in design and be optimized for mobile, and tablet views.

 

Solution Summary

We will design/develop your site using the most popular CMS: WordPress. This system will allow you to login to the backend of your website and make edits, create new pages and blog posts, and change imagery. We will use a drag and drop builder tool to allow you to easily make new attractive pages, and changes to current pages without the need to write any code.

Lastly, we will Search Engine Optimize the site to make sure the new site is indexed properly in Google and gets seen by your target audience. 

PROJECT FLOW

Stage 1 (March-April):
Initial setup with new theme/info, plus some basic starter pages (e.g. FAQ, about the destination, conference strands, call for presenters)

Stage 2 (May-December):
Slowly add new pages as new info comes in and make changes to existing pages (e.g. overall schedule, workshop listings, keynotes)

Stage 3 (January-February):
Frequent updates as things change on the fly or need to be updated ASAP (e.g. something is rescheduled/canceled/added last minute)”

Our theme has everything you need and nothing you don’t to give you a solid foundation for any online presence. Basic functionality included in your site can be: Contact Forms, Google Map Integration, Video Embeds, Newsletter Signups (MailChimp or Constant Contact), Stylized Lists, Image Galleries, Blog, Image Sliders, Block Quotes, Pop Over Images, Tables, Counters and Alert Boxes.

Content Support Package – 10 Pages ($2500)

 Using an SEO audit, market research, and our experience as marketers, we’ll work with you to first set up a sitemap, and then finalize all of the content on your site based upon our goals. 

  • Create a project brief outlining goals

  • Review Current website copy (if any)

  • Perform an SEO Audit of desired keywords

  • Set up a version 1.0 sitemap and finalize

  • Develop content page by page until the website copy is 100% finalized. (home page always last)

  • Go through rounds of changes until all copy is finalized

  • Create a finalized wireframe of the site to finalize all navigation and content. 

Version 1.0 Design Phase ($3000)

We will harness the latest technology and start your project off with some prebuilt layouts and styles. This will let us focus on the most important parts of your site, and picking a great base for the parts we don’t have time to think about in-depth. After a few talks and some back and forth we will return after a couple of weeks with a finalized version 1.0 of your website for you to review. After 3 rounds of revisions, your site is ready for launch!

* This project payment structure is 100% upfront. We can offer a payment plan upon request.

* Please sign the proposal below and make your first deposit. Deposits can be paid by cash, check, or credit/debit card. Once signed you are agreeing to the terms of this proposal.

* All creative files/website files will be released to Foundations Inc. along with ownership of the designs once the final payment has been received.

* We will provide round-the-clock support and will respond to any requests IMMEDIATELY if placed during the conference.
