Project Goals

Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School (PALCS) is looking to update their visual branding with a new logo and 3 pieces of marketing material.

Solution Summary

The project will start off with a brand questionnaire. We will walk you through the questionnaire to get on the same page with your team in terms of your goals for the new brand.

We will provide you with 3-5 unique concepts for the new brand, and go through 3 rounds of changes to perfect the look. Once finalized we will provide you with all logo files and multiple use cases for the logo.

Now that the brand identity is in place we will provide you with 1 concept and 3 rounds of changes for each piece of marketing material selected. If your marketing material is being printed we will work with your vendors or help you select one and set up all files for print.

After all marketing material is finalized we will provide you with a Brand Guideline for you to use and share with other vendors/partners who are using your branding. 

Project Scope

Basic Branding Package ($2500)

  • Brand Questionaire & Inspiration Board
  • Provide 3-5 Initial Logo concepts

  • 3 rounds of changes to perfect the logo
  • Creation of 3 Pieces of Marketing Material (1 concept & 3 rounds of changes)

  • Creation of Brand Guidelines

  • Release of final logo files (.ai, .eps, .png, .jpg)

  • Release of Marketing Materials in Canva or Adobe files

This project should will be finalized before August 1, 2023.

* This project payment structure is at least 100% upfront because of the tight deadline.

* All creative files will be released to PALCS along with ownership of the designs once the final payment has been received.
