PSPA Learning Video Enhancement

Project Goals

Prevent Suicide PA Learning is looking to enhance the quality of its video courses. They would like assistance with their current videos being created to make sure the quality of the video and audio are credible and professional, as well as the addition of motion graphics in order to highlight important parts of the content and to provide the user a better experience. 

Our team will provide 1 on 1 support to each presenter creating videos. We will help them set up an at-home setup for the capturing videos, or allow them to come to our Studio in Bala Cynwyd to capture the video.

The proposal is for 100 hours of video support to be used over the next year.

Project Goals

Prevent Suicide PA is looking to update and enhance its resource center. They would like to add a simple, print-friendly version of each county initiative page, as well as the ability for local counties to update their information via a form. 

To accomplish this we will create a PDF for each county and update the code and design to make the form and each page easy to access, share on social media or email and attractive.

Crisis Center Training Program Additions

Project Goals

Prevent Suicide PA Learning is looking to add new clusters of courses/classes to their website. These new courses should have a unique look and feel to them and have their own navigational starting point to help direct people where they need to go. Brand Revive will assist with setting up the functionality for all courses and assist with data entry and testing.

The process will start with Brand Revive producing one template course and going through changes with your team until you’re happy with the look and functionality. After approval, we will work with you to set up all courses/classes in a test environment and launch to the live site shortly after.

Project Goals

EMAP (Environmental Management Assistance Program) is looking to create a new website to replace their current site. The new website will use WordPress as its base so that it will be easy to manage on a day to day basis, and easy to find developers in the future for changes and updates. 

Solution Summary

We will design/develop your site using the most popular CMS: WordPress. This system will allow you to login to the backend of your website and make edits, create new pages and blog posts, and change imagery. We will use a drag and drop builder tool to allow you to easily make new attractive pages, and changes to current pages without the need to write any code.

Lastly, we will Search Engine Optimize the site to make sure the new site is indexed properly in Google and gets seen by your target audience.

Website Design: Template Based

We will be creating designs for 10-page templates and all the pages associated with news and events. For each designed page we will provide assets (images, icons, videos, illustrations, and other design assets used to highlight the messaging) and use provided assets in order to make the page attractive to site goers. If you don’t have any assets we can leverage stock photography at no additional cost. Total images not to exceed 50.

For each page, we will provide a link for review and then go through 3 rounds of changes on desktop, tablet, and mobile. 

After we’ve finalized all page templates you can use different sections of pages in the builder tool to create an endless amount of page layouts.

Event Landing Page
This will be the home page and the main landing page for the event.

Webinar/Event Pages
The site will have a custom post type of “Events” in the backend of the site. The event post type will have the ability to integrate with Zoom to allow users to stream directly on your website or link off your website to the Zoom application if they prefer. Event pages can switch from Zoom to YouTube video if you would like to provide a link to the video after the event is over.

Panelists Page
The panelist’s page will be made up of bio’s, links, and images of the panelists. Excerpts from their full bio and their images will be used in other places on the site as well. This page will also consist of a collection of links to Amazon products being marketed by the panelists.

Sponsorship Opportunities
This page will highlight the different sponsorship opportunities and what is provided. We can have them fill out a contact form and you can reach out to them via email for the next steps. Alternatively, we can also just link over to a third-party site for credit card transactions or to an e-commerce site to purchase.

Donations Page
This page will allow people to donate either money or a gift of a seat to someone who would like to go but doesn’t have the funds currently to attend. We can link off to a third party site for credit card transactions.

ProBono Attendance Page
This page would be a contact form requesting to join a list to attend for free.

This page would be resources, and FAQ about the event, and a Sho

Contact Us/Support
This page would direct users on how to get in touch with you about the event. The contact form would send an email to the desired email address you would like and also store the entrees in the backend of the site.

Add On Functionality

Zoom Integration
The completed website must allow users to register, stream, and signup for Zoom conferences. This functionality is based on the understanding that you would be leveraging Zoom to create your webinars.

Interactivity
The Completed site should show motion and interactivity. We will accomplish this by using animation effects on hovering, clicking, and other areas of the site.
