Project Overview

Forrester Realty (FR) is looking to finalize a logo for their brand and implement the new branding across their suite of websites. Along with the branding, FR will be designing/developing a new umbrella website to organize their offerings and define the brand.

Branding Package

Basic Branding Package ($1500)

The branding project will begin with a brand questionnaire to gain a comprehensive understanding of your goals and preferences for the logo and brand identity. We’ll guide you through this process to ensure we’re aligned with your vision.

Our initial focus will be enhancing your current logo concept to explore improved options. We’ll provide 2-3 refined concepts of your existing logo for review, along with a completely new logo concept from our team, giving you choices in both refinement and innovation. Each concept will go through 3 rounds of revisions to reach a final version that best represents your brand.

Once the logo is finalized, we’ll develop a complete Brand Guide, detailing fonts, colors, and design elements to maintain consistency across all platforms. We’ll then implement this brand identity onto your websites, forresterpropertymgmt.com and c21forrester.com, ensuring the new branding is reflected cohesively online.

At the conclusion, you’ll receive all finalized logo files, the Brand Guide, and any additional resources needed to maintain and extend your brand across future projects.

Solution Summary

We will design/develop your site using the most popular CMS: WordPress. This system will allow you to login to the backend of your website and make edits, create new pages and blog posts, and change imagery. We will use a drag and drop builder tool to allow you to easily make new attractive pages, and changes to current pages without the need to write any code.

Lastly, we will Search Engine Optimize the site to make sure the new site is indexed properly in Google and gets seen by your target audience.

Notes:

* Payment structure will be 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

* Please sign the proposal below and make your first deposit. Deposits can be paid by cash, check, or credit/debit card. Once signed you are agreeing to the terms of this proposal.

* All creative files/website files will be released to Forrester Realty along with ownership of the designs once the final payment has been received.

* If Forrester Realty is unhappy with the initial logo concepts, they can opt out of the logo portion of the project and reduce their total cost of the project by $500.
