Project Goals

Deluxe Catering is looking to have their menu photographed and to use those photos to help create a new website to highlight their credibility, and competence as a kosher caterer in the Philadelphia area. The website should be responsive, designed to help convert potential clients from smart phones, tablets and computers.

Solution Summary

We will design/develop your site using the most popular CMS: WordPress. This system will allow you to login to the backend of your website and make edits, create new pages and blog posts, and change imagery. We will use a drag and drop builder tool to allow you to easily make new attractive pages, and changes to current pages without the need to write any code.

Lastly, we will Search Engine Optimize the site to make sure the new site is indexed properly in Google and gets seen by your target audience.

E-Commerce Add-On

To allow Deluxe Catering to sell directly to their clients we can integrate custom order forms based upon their needs. These custom order forms will allow customers to make orders and pay online for holiday menus and/or sealed kosher lunches.

Content Migration / SEO

In order to migrate your content and keep your SEO rankings as high as possible we’ll need to set up some 301 ReDirects and copy over a lot of SEO Mark up of your current site, along with all the content and sitemap.

Onsite Photoshoot (Full Day)

The first step will be to work with you to create a shot list for the shoot. After approval we’ll schedule and shoot your menu items based on this shot list.

Once complete we’ll edit the photos and send them over for a round of revisions before releasing them and their rights over to you.

Notes:

* Payment Option 1: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

*Payment Option 2: $5000 upfront and $833.33 a month for 6 months.

* Please sign the proposal below and make your first deposit. Deposits can be paid by cash, check, or credit/debit card. Once signed you are agreeing to the terms of this proposal.

* All creative files/website files/photography will be released to Deluxe Catering along with ownership of the designs once the final payment has been received.
