How to set up an SSL Certificate for Free on GoDaddy

Follow these steps to set up an SSL Certificate for free on GoDaddy. It should take you about 10 minutes to accomplish this your first time.

Go to and fill out your domain information on the right side. Make sure to use both versions of your URL address. For this example, we used and Once you have it in there check off the TOS checkboxes and click the next button in the top right corner of the screen.
